Forrest Perrine
Forrest Perrine loves paintings, installations, and public art and for the most part that’s what he makes. He generally makes work about the absurdity of contemporary human existence and the sacredness of all the “garbage” we make. Other art-related things he gets up to include starting and curating a popup public art series called Outer Space for a couple years, painting sets, design, and a lil sprinkle of movie magic.
Bio / Forrest Perrine grew up on the Kitsap Peninsula in Washington, went to college at Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA, then bounced around for a couple years living in Mexico City and Los Angels before coming on back to Seattle where he currently resides near a mall that was built on a dump that was built on a slough.
