Winter Hours:
Friday–Sunday, 11am–4pm
I often arrive at a memory and try to recall: was that a lived experience, or was it all some kind of dream? Tarot readings, astrological musings, travel logs, news, childhood memories, shifts in weather, and medicinal herb gardens construct the narratives in this visual adventure.
This room is an invitation for viewers to enter into a dream-like space and take some respite from the cold and dark of the outside world. Ancestral angels watch from above; soft cushions receive your body, and quiet music enters your ears so you can settle quietly in. The rain in here will not dampen your clothes; nor will the sunlight give you a burn. You are safe here, to stay a while, and conjure perhaps your own folktale or train of imagination.

Art is a regenerative and healing magic. In the studio, my body works with my mind to paint, draw, collage, sew, write and arrange these varied pieces of moments remembered. Through this creative examination of what exists inside of and around me, I heal from pain that has become stuck in my body, becoming a part of the greater healing that is so drastically needed on this hurting earth.
