An exhibition on migration, historical preservation of the intangible expressions of livelihood, and sociality as a survival response. Inspired by the archeological remains of foundation deposits, ritual materials buried under buildings that are later unearthed, Gohar will reconstruct facets of her upbringing in Cairo, Egypt.
