December 07 – 30, 2017
Reception / Thursday, December 07, 6–8pm
Community Discussion  /  Saturday, December 09, 12–2pm

This December, SOIL gallery presents Tech Support. Curated by Colleen RJC Bratton, this group exhibition will present art objects responding to tech objects. Functioning as a quasi-store, the experimental exhibition will test whether commerce would improve with artworks marketed towards the wealthy tech community in the city. Furthermore, the show will open up a dialogue between the two spheres on ways to support one another through its online platform and community discussion.

Please join us for Tech Support’s opening reception December 7th from 6-8pm. An accompanying public brainstorming session on how the art and tech communities can better support one another will be held at SOIL on December 9th, 2017 from 12-2pm. Facilitated by Minh Nguyen and Colleen RJC Bratton, the event will also be live broadcasted and recorded via SOIL’s Instagram account.
